⋆ Terms Of Service ⋆

I, me, myself and my refer to the artist. You, yourself, client and customer refer to the commissioner.By placing a commission, you (the Commissioner) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms of Service outlined on this page. Your commission request constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full. If you require clarification, please contact me, the artist, if unsure about a condition.

General information

I hold the right to decline any commission.Payments are made using Paypal invoice and Ko-Fi only. Other forms of payment are not accepted.Once payment and artwork are agreed and completed, the artwork is considered “as is”. I do not allow further alterations or refund requests once the commission has been finalised.You must never claim yourself as the original artist. All credits for artwork are to remain in my name.I will not use AI in my artwork process. Please do not ask me to do so.Respect is a basic expectation. Rude language, over the top harassment (constant messaging, calls, having others contact me) is grounds for termination of commission and blacklisting. Refunds are handled case by case based on completion of commission.Disagreeing with my TOS listed here is grounds for being blacklisted from placing an artwork or animation commission from me in future (Minimum 1 year). Refunds are handled case by case based on completion of commission.I will not draw anything that holds a political influence nor will I draw any forms of hate speech/propoganda. Please be aware I will not draw racist, offensive or bigoted artworks. (I) The artist reserves the right to decline any commission at my discretion.You are responsible for keeping your own back ups of the commission. I, the artist, cannot guarantee that I will have a copy after the commission is delivered.

Process and delivery time

If you have a required deadline, please discuss this at the start of commission. I may not always be able to meet deadlines, and therefore may need to decline.Please allow a timeframe of 2 months (maximum before allowing client to withdraw) for artwork to be completed unless another timeframe is discussed between us. I am happy to process refunds when the agreed to timeframe of completion has not been met by myself.I may take up to 2 extra weeks for health reasons; if still unfinished, a refund is given.50% due after sketch approval; full payment before delivery. Final non watermarked files sent after full payment. Do not remove watermarks before paying.I will allow up to 5 revisions in the sketch phase, 3 revisions in the lineart stage, 2 revisions for the coloring stage and 3 revisions for the shading stage.Mistakes do not count towards the revisions and I encourage you to point them out! I am more than happy to fix them (Example: A missing detail in hair etc.)Animation timeframes are different from artwork timeframes due to the extra workload required, depending on varying factors of your animation request like second length, frames and complexity, a time frame will need to be discussed.I am unable to give an estimated timeframe through my TOS due to the varying factors per customer. The timeframe given in communication between myself and yourself as the client will follow the same respective rules of artwork commissions, where if a piece is not completed within the expected and discussed timeframe, a full refund will be given back to you.

Refund information

You will have a 3 month window when commissioning artwork to request a refund, a refund for animation commissions would have to be discussed further.I will automatically give you a full refund if I am unable to fulfill your order due to personal or medical reasons.

Usage rights and permissions

You are prohibited from creating NFTs out of my artwork.You are prohibited from uploading my artwork to AI programs/models/datasets.I retain the right to use sold artworks for portfolio, promotional, and social media purposes. By commissioning me, you are giving me the right to publish the completed artwork on my social media and to be stored in a private/public portfolio. If you require the artwork to be private, please discuss this with me before placing commission with intent for paymentYou cannot use my work for commercial use. This includes but is not limited to, merchandise, reselling, advertisement.Social media use including, youtube videos, streaming and social media profiles is allowed.If you choose to trade or transfer an artwork commission completed by me to another individual, please note that all Terms of Service (TOS) outlined above remain in effect. You are responsible for ensuring the recipient is informed of and provided with these terms. All restrictions on monetization and usage apply in full, and the artwork remains licensed for personal use only. These conditions extend to any individual who obtains possession of the artwork. All original TOS conditions apply regardless of possession transfers.
